Shipping
Every order ships flat-rate, $8, from the mill in Somerville. If you order before 3pm Eastern, it usually goes out the next morning. Over $200, shipping’s on us. US addresses only.
Returns
You have 60 days. Wear it on a run. One run, in the weather it was made for, is how you find out, and we’d rather you found out.
Then wash it, fold it, and send it back with the prepaid label in the bag. Send it back in the state you’d send a friend’s jacket back: worn once, washed, no hard feelings. Refund in five working days from when it reaches the mill.
Size swaps
If a shell’s roomy because you wore it over a tee, we’ll swap it for the size down free, and we’ll tell you that’s what happened so it doesn’t happen again. How shells fit over layers
Not returnable
Gaiters and gloves that have been worn, for the reason you’d expect.
