A converted mill in Somerville. Five in the morning.
We started with one winter kit and a room in a mill building off Somerville Ave. Everything we’ve made since has been tested in the same three places: the Charles before sunrise, the Blue Hills singletrack when it’s mud, and the Boston Marathon course in February, when nobody sane is out there.
The name came from the Zwift and treadmill crowd, who watched us post 5am loops in sleet and called us zoomers. It wasn’t a compliment. We kept it.

We build in layers because that’s how anyone actually gets through a Boston winter.
It’s three pieces, each rated in degrees, so you know before you leave the house. Try it for your next run.
Run clubs & shops
We also make kit for a handful of New England run clubs and a couple of shops. If you run one, email clubs@zoomer.run and we’ll talk numbers.
